My husband and I have dedicated the last five years of our lives to create food the entire family can enjoy together.
As a chef, I cooked my way through a large amount of anti-inflammatory and auto-immune recipes both online and in cookbooks.
At the end of it all I felt the need to experiment to bring more flavor, texture, and soul into AIP food. So I've set out on this journey to creating a lifestyle around healthy, anti-inflammatory, AIP cuisine.

I'm a Chef and Food Scientist who is passionate about exploring food and life. I believe that everyone should have delicious recipes they can share with friends and family.
I've set out on a mission to bring delicious recipes and food to anti-inflammatory and AIP lifestyles.
I love testing new dishes, recipes, and above all else I love my little baby, Nova Kate and dedicated taste tester hubby, Richard.
Family means everything to me and food is my way of expressing love so when I became a private chef for a family who had an auto-immune disorder I knew I needed to create wholesome, delicious recipes everyone in their family could enjoy.
Everyone deserves to be able to share dishes without worrying who can eat what and what dish contains which ingredients.
